Our Commitment to Quality and Giving Back

No Chemicals, Just Freshness: Supporting Local Food Banks

Most bakeries use chemicals to extend the shelf life of their bread, but we take a different approach. All our baked goods, including bread and sweets, are sold on the first day. On the second day, they are sold at half price. By the third day, any remaining products are donated to a local food bank in Toronto. We don’t use chemicals, which is why our baked goods don't stay soft for more than two days.
